    Overview
    The sorting process of the X-ray sorting machine is that the material is transported via a conveyor belt, passing between the X-ray generator above the belt and a set of line array dual energy detectors below, at which point the degree of X-ray energy absorption of each piece of material passing through is determined and the atomic number of the material is measured, the control unit receives the measurement signal for analysis and screening, triggering a spray actuator fixed to the head of the conveyor belt to blow the material out. The control unit, after receiving the measurement signal, analyses and screens the material, triggering the blowing actuator fixed at the head of the conveyor belt to blow it out.

    Project Overview

    A large scrap car & WEEE recycling company in Argentina handles 60,000 tons of Zorba materials per year. Its original line relied on eddy current separators plus manual sorting, bringing multiple drawbacks: mixed aluminum, magnesium, copper and stainless steel could not be separated precisely, low aluminum purity led to low selling prices; manual sorting caused high labor costs and massive metal loss; wet flotation required expensive chemicals and sewage treatment, with strict local environmental regulations bringing heavy rectification pressure. The customer purchased our X ray sorting machine to build a fully dry Zorba recycling line.

    Project Overview
