Adopting a rotary magnetic belt separation design, it can be seamlessly integrated into the head position of existing conveyor systems, and adapts to space-constrained scenarios in the form of a magnetic roller. Through gradient magnetic circuit design, it enhances magnetic field coverage, ensuring a recovery rate of over 98% for ferromagnetic materials. When equipped with strong neodymium-iron-boron permanent magnets, it can further separate weakly magnetic materials such as stainless steel and corrosion-resistant steel, adapting to complex sorting needs across multiple industries. Combined with Huichuan's industrial PLC intelligent control system, the equipment can perform real-time monitoring of parameters like magnetic roller temperature and vibration, enabling adaptive sorting adjustment.
