    Recycling of recycled glass raw materials
    There are specialized factories for recycling glass in China, and strict control measures are in place for the treatment of recycled glass to protect the environment. Recycled glass waste is processed through screening, cleaning, and other procedures before being sent to a high-temperature furnace for melting and processing at temperatures above 1400 degrees Celsius to produce recycled glass raw materials.


    Re melting of recycled glass raw materials
    Recycled glass raw material glass sand with appropriate colorants is re fired in a high-temperature melting furnace above 1400 degrees Celsius for 24 hours. After picking out, stick the appropriate color powder on it, place it in a pre made steel mold to form, and then send it to an annealing kiln for cooling.

    The annealed recycled glass needs to undergo another heating cooling process to eliminate defective products such as uneven stress and stones during the production process.


    Grinding and processing of recycled glass bottom surface
    The produced recycled art glass needs to be sent to a polishing factory for bottom grinding processing to ensure the flatness of the glass during lamination.
