    Inductive sorting machine (also known as stainless steel sorting machine, all-metal sorting machine) is a high-sensitivity sensor technology to detect metal and send a signal to the control unit, through the high-speed solenoid valve jet compressed air to separate the metal particles from the waste, so as to achieve the purpose of separating metal and non-metal materials.

    The Huichuan induction sorting system is the ideal complement to magnetic sorting and eddy-current separation, enabling efficient recovery of residual metals from mixed materials. It excels in sorting stainless steels and composite materials such as cables and circuit boards. Whether focused on producing recoverable metal concentrates (e.g., zurik or stainless steel fractions) or generating metal-free residuals with less than 1% metal content to meet strict acceptance standards (e.g., in recovered fuel production), both tasks are core applications where Huichuan delivers exceptional performance.
    Our induction sorting system features an acceleration belt that transports sortable materials through the detection zone in a stable state. Beneath the conveyor belt, a cutting-edge inductive metal sensor generates an electromagnetic field, detecting all conductive objects passing through with a sensitivity of significantly less than 1 mm. After precise detection and classification, targeted compressed air blasts deflect the identified metal particles from their trajectory, efficiently separating them from the material stream.

    Depending on specific application needs, we offer sensors with coarse or fine resolution, determined by optimized coil diameters. Two distinct sensor types are available to match your unique requirements: For straightforward applications like producing metal-free residuals, our proven All-metal separator stands out for its exceptional cost-effectiveness while meeting all performance demands. The adjustable-sensitivity sensors here allow operators to fine-tune detection precision based on material characteristics, balancing efficiency and accuracy for general sorting tasks.
    For more complex tasks requiring advanced signal capture and analysis—such as identifying tiny metal particles or distinguishing between similar conductive materials—the high-sensitivity sensors integrated into our All-metal separator deliver unparalleled precision. Paired with the Huichuan  metal detector (equipped with an integrated sorting system controller), this setup combines conductivity detection with image processing, providing highly accurate data on detected particles to enhance sorting precision. Its advanced analysis of inductive metal signals enables sophisticated sorting, such as distinguishing between stainless steels, cables, and circuit boards. The Huichuan system operates across a grain size range of 1 mm to 200 mm, with working widths from 600 mm to 3,000 mm.
