    Product Description
    The E-Waste Recycling Production Line is mainly used for the dismantling and crushing of waste electronic and electrical waste, such as various types of television casings, refrigerator casings, washing machine casings, air conditioning casings, automotive battery casings, electric vehicle battery casings, and other large and hollow household appliance casings. It involves salt water flotation, dehydration and drying, rubber bouncing separation, and electrostatic sorting to separate impurities and metals from the materials and produce high-purity engineering raw materials, And then recycle it again. Firstly, the recycled hollow ABS PS home appliance shells are disassembled and broken into small pieces, which are then subjected to high-speed friction and scrubbing to remove surface stains. Then, some miscellaneous materials are rinsed with salt water, and then rinsed with clean water. After centrifugal drying, dehydration, and hot air drying, metal, rubber, and miscellaneous materials are separated through a bounce sorting machine and an electrostatic sorting machine to obtain various high-purity engineering raw materials. It can be made into particles for regeneration and recycling.
