    The oil-cooled electromagnetic separator is an iron discharging mechanism based on the oil-cooled suspended electromagnetic separator with the addition of a drive motor, drum and iron discharging tape with scraper. It has the advantages of high magnetic force, fast heat dissipation, dustproof, rainproof, corrosion resistance, continuous work, low maintenance costs, etc. Since its introduction, it has been thought positively by the majority of users for its ease of use, low failure rate, low maintenance, etc.

    Introduction​
    Our Oil-cooled Electromagnetic Separator is a state-of-the-art device designed to efficiently separate ferromagnetic materials from various substances. It has been widely used in a multitude of industries, such as mining, power generation, and recycling, thanks to its high performance and reliability.​

    Working Principle​
    This separator operates based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. When an electric current passes through the exciting coils, a strong magnetic field is generated. Ferromagnetic materials in the passing material flow are then attracted to the magnetic field and separated from the non-magnetic substances. The oil-cooling system plays a crucial role in maintaining the optimal working temperature of the separator. The transformer oil circulates within the device, effectively dissipating the heat generated during operation, ensuring stable and continuous performance.​

    Powerful Magnetic Force​
    With a computer-simulated magnetic circuit design, our separator boasts a deep magnetic depth and high magnetic field intensity. This allows it to effectively capture even the smallest ferromagnetic particles, ensuring a high separation rate.​
    Excellent Cooling Performance​
    The special design of the exciting coils features longitudinal and transverse oil paths. This design is extremely conducive to transferring heat to the transformer oil, significantly reducing the coil temperature. The coil operating temperature rise is only 60 °C, reaching the level of similar foreign products. The use of a large number of corrugated cooling fins greatly increases the heat dissipation area, effectively controlling the temperature rise and extending the service life of the equipment.​
    Dustproof, Waterproof, and Corrosion-resistant​
    The coil is soaked and cured with special epoxy resin, and the whole machine adopts a fully sealed structure. This makes the separator highly resistant to dust, rain, salt spray, and corrosion, enabling it to work normally in harsh environments such as dust, humidity, and severe salt spray corrosion.​
    High-grade Insulation​
    The grade of coil insulation is above F, and a new type of high-temperature thermal oil is selected. The reasonable oil circuit ensures fast circulation and high heat dissipation efficiency, while also providing excellent electrical insulation performance, ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.​
    Easy Maintenance​
    The separator is designed for easy maintenance. The self-cleaning function for iron waste simplifies the cleaning process, reducing labor costs. The waist-drum shape roller can automatically rectify the belt, and the fully sealed bearing blocks can achieve trouble-free operation for a long time.
