4.Process flow diagram:
1. Shredder: shred the light board to 2-3 centimeters.
2. Circuit board crusher: Crush the crushed circuit board to about 20 mesh.
3. Analysis machine: The crushed material is selected by air, separating resin, copper, dust, and fibers. The dust and fibers are sucked into the collector by the induced draft fan, and the resin and copper enter the grading screen.
4. Aggregator: Collect dust and fibers, and discharge the collected fibers.
5 Pulse purifier: collects the dust and ultrafine fibers generated during the crushing process.
6. Grading screen: The resin and copper are screened, and the resin and copper that have not been separated are returned to the main machine for crushing. The separated resin and copper enter the specific gravity sorting machine for sorting.
7. Specific gravity sorting: Sort resin powder and copper by specific gravity. As the weight of copper is greater than the weight of resin, copper will be sorted to one side and resin will be sorted to the other side. This achieves the separation of metals and non-metals.
8. High voltage electrostatic sorting: The tailings that have passed through the gravity sorting machine are then subjected to high voltage electrostatic sorting to separate the small copper powder and resin contained in the tailings. The principle is to adjust the input power supply to a high voltage of 100000 volts through a transformer, forming a high-voltage magnetic field that has an adsorption effect on conductive metals, thus achieving the separation of metals and non-metals.
