Overview
Scrap Steel Crocodile S   hear is a universal metal cutting equipment, which mainly uses the main hydraulic cylinder and auxiliary hydraulic cylinder to achieve pre pressing and cutting operations for various materials. It is applied to the coarse crushing of metallurgical furnace materials and the cutting and crushing of heavy waste furnace materials, the fixed length cutting of profile processing, and the treatment of waste materials in metallurgical processing. Due to the simple structure and low cost of this type of equipment compared to gantry shear machines The advantage of low threshold maintenance technology is widely applied in the metal cutting industry. In terms of equipment models, our company's crocodile scissors are divided into eight levels based on blade length: 400mm, 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1600mm, and 1800mm. According to the shear force of the equipment, it is divided into nine levels from 63 tons to 500 tons, providing comprehensive equipment selection solutions for different customers.

(1) Purpose and characteristics  
Usage: Suitable for cold cutting of various cross-sectional shapes of metals (such as round steel, square steel, channel steel, angle steel, I-beam, steel plate, etc.) and various waste metal structural components, especially for the cutting of automotive beams, making waste metal easy to store and transport, and providing qualified furnace materials for smelting.
Features:
① The crocodile type adopts hydraulic drive, which has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, low motion inertia, low noise, smooth motion, flexible operation, and large shear section compared to mechanical transmission shear machines.
② Adopting integrated control of machine, fluid, and electricity, it can achieve single or continuous action conversion, and can stop and run at any working position, making it easy to achieve overload protection.
