Its core advantages lie in deep volume reduction, liberating material components, optimizing subsequent separation efficiency, while significantly reducing scrap transportation costs, providing key support for the metal recycling process. Its working principle is realized through three-stage precise processing:Upper Crushing Stage: The breakers in the upper part of the equipment's chamber first crush the material powerfully until the material size is reduced to the range that can enter the "gap between the milling rings and chamber liners", completing the initial rough processing.Middle Grinding and Rolling Stage: The material entering the gap is then subjected to "impact + grinding + rolling" combined processing by the milling rings, and finally converted into uniform fragments with high cleanliness, removing impurities and ensuring material consistency.Lower Discharge Stage: When the crushed material reaches the preset fineness, it will naturally agglomerate into balls and fall into the lower chamber, and the finished product is discharged quickly and stably by the discharge paddles.
